  • GUJCET result 2018: When and where

The results will be available on the official website, tomorrow, May 10 from 9 am. The students can get the results by visiting the official website.
From 2017, the state government made GUJCET compulsory for admissions in engineering, pharmacy and diploma courses. The Gujarat government opted out of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) that is conducted by the CBSE on the ground that Gujarati-medium students were not able to do well in JEE.
Last year, out of 1.34 lakh registered candidates, 1.32 lakh appeared for Physics and Chemistry examination which was a combined paper while for pharmacy colleges, 67,963 students appeared in Biology out of 68,983 registered number. Mathematics exam witnessed 66890 students who appeared out of 67,814 registered candidates.
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) will declare the 10 science examination results on May 10, 2018. Moreover that Gujarat Board will also declare the GujCET result on the same day. “The date is final and there is no change in it. Class 12 science results along with GUJCET will be released on May 10,” confirmed GSHSEB chairman A J Shah to Indian Express.  Around 1.50 lakh students appeared for science 12th exam and 1.35 lakh appeared for GujCET.
The students can check the results of 12 science and GujCET on the website of on May 10 from 9 am. Keeping in mind that board last year released the results an hour before the schedule time.
Around 1.36 lakh students took Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) at 34 centres across the state.In the first session of Physics and Chemistry conducted from 10 am to 12 noon, out of total of 1.36 lakh registered candidates, 1,34,979 took the examinations.
